Terms and conditions The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase of the GM-ECM Harness Adapter Module:

I understand that if I choose to install the Harness Adapter Module myself, or contract an outside party for installation, that I assume all responsibility for any damage to the target ECM main board caused by the installation process. Installations ordered along with the Harness Adapter Module will be guaranteed against physical damage to the ECM main board.

Customers that ship an ECM must use anti-static packing materials. Any ECM received that has not been packaged using anti-static materials will not be guaranteed against electro-static damage.

No claim is made towards an ECM with the Harness Adapter Module installed conforming to local vehicle emissions equipment requirements.

The Harness Adapter Module is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any obvious physical abuse will void this guarantee.

I understand that purchasing a Harness Adapter Module or an ECM equipped with a Harness Adapter Module does not include any custom EPROM, tuning, or BIN file creation services. I also understand that any damage to an engine caused by improper EPROM or tuning parameters is my own responsibility.
